N Korea said that the US can break the talks, missile testing can start again, it is official

New York - North Korean leader Kim Jong-he can stop nuclear talks with the United States and resume missile and nuclear tests, a senior official says.
Deputy Foreign Minister Chou Sun-Hui said that US diplomats recently gave a "golden opportunity" between President Trump and Mr. Kim at the summit.

North Korea offered to demolish its main Yongbian nuclear complex. But when Mr. Korea did not destroy all its nuclear sites, talks were broken after Mr Trump refused to ban the ban.

Mr. Kim is ready to officially announce his position on future talks with America, Ms Choy said in Pyongyang.

Russia's State Toss News Agency told North Korea reporters, "We have no intention of US demands in any form, nor do we want to be involved in such a conversation."
According to the Associated Press, he accused America of taking a "gangster-like" attitude, but said that "personal relations between the two supreme leaders are still good and chemistry is mysteriously amazing".

Ms. Choi said that recently the summit demand for North Korea was to remove five major economic sanctions, not all sanctions, as Mr. Trump said after the talks.

"What is clear is that this time America has given a golden opportunity," she said. "I am not sure why the US came with this separate statement. We never said to remove the restrictions in their entirety."

Mr. Trump and US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said after the talks in February that the North Korean officials had asked for complete sanctions relief.
