Actor Salman Khan had filed an application in the conference court on Friday, in which he was requested to give the exemption order so that he could be allowed to move abroad. However, the Jodhpur court rejected his request today. Every time Salman is planning to travel abroad, he has to get permission from the court.
Khan has appealed for a five year sentence in black robbery.
Prosecutor PB Bishnoi opposed the application and said that the permanent exemption was not suitable because the debate would end soon.
Khan's lawyer Mahesh Bora told the court that in the applicant's profession, he often needs to travel overseas.
